DetailsThe jury say that Saturday 15 June 1381, Henry Rande, John Apelton, blacksmith, John Russell and John son of Richard atte Hatch, cutler, rode out to John Hanchach and other wrongdoers at Steeple Morden and at Shingay, and from these towns feloniously took away a chalice, vestments and other clothes for beds, and horses.
