Details[The jurors] also say that John Rydale of Covehithe, bargeman, came at the time of the rising in a warlike manner to the village of Uggeshall on Tuesday 18th June 1381 with many others unknown, and threw down and looted the house of Robert son of Gilbert, and feloniously plundered his mansion there.
