II, Part 1, m. 24d 18 Aug 1381 Sheen Commission to William Brenchesle and the sheriffs of Surrey, Sussex and Kent to arrest and imprison John Godegrome, of Brenchesle [Brenchley], the younger, indicted of divers misdeeds in the late insurrection in the county of Kent. By K. Patent Roll, 5 Ric. II, Part 1, m. 24d 19 Sep 1381 Westminster Commission to John de Burgh, knight, George Mutchet, knight, Thomas Torel, Thomas Sewale, John Payn and the sheriff of Cambridge, on complaint by John Sibile, that divers insurgents entered his manors and lands in that county, burnt some of his houses and took and carried off many horses, cattle, fish, jewels, and other goods, to enquire touching the same, and return their inquisitions into Chancery.
