William Croyser, knight, by Richard Carlton his attorney versus William Walssh, Robert Teye, John Wryght, John Kyng, Thomas Dunton, Peter Rous, John Chapman, John Abraham, cordwainer, Matthew Joynour, Simon Hosyere, Thomas Bakere, Henry Baude, John Stryek, Richard Bernard, John Maddy, Richard Smyth, Thomas Rous, Thomas Taillour, John Harmles, John Leuechild, John Folknar, Andrew Webbe, Andrew Leward, Nicholas Mason and John Thynden, chaplain, on a plea that with force and arms they broke the houses and houses of the same William Croyser at Wrestlingworth and stole goods and chattels worth £200 and other injuries against the king's peace etc. They do not appear; as before the sheriff was ordered to capture them; and the sheriff reports that they are not found. As before the sheriff was ordered to capture them and produce them at the octave of Holy Trinity.
