Text (English translation)Norfolk. Sir Richard de Alleye appeared through John de Cales, his attorney, against John Frost, Thomas Pye and Thomas Fett on a plea that with force and arms they broke the close and houses of the said Richard at Little Plumstead, and took and carried away his goods and chattels found there to the value of £40, and also court rolls, rentals, writings and other muniments of his found there, and other enormities etc against the peace etc. And they did not come. And the sheriff was ordered to attach them. And the sheriff reports that they have nothing. Therefore, the sheriff is ordered to arrest them and produce them here in the octave of Hilary 1383.
