Text (English translation)Bond of William de Holom binding himself in the sum of 100 marks to White and Newark, to be paid at Beverley at the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist next. Response: The condition of the writing is that if Holom stands to the judgement of the archbishop and his council in the matters that the community of Beverley should bring then the obligation is to be null.
