Joan, Princess of Wales by John de Bretton her attorney appears against Laurence Frenssheman, Thomas Millyng of Romford, John Prest of Romford, John Webbe of Romford, John Taillour of Havering-atte-Bower, John Blake of Dagenham, junior, Henry Taillour of Chelmsford, John Pykard of Chipping Ongar, Willelmum Rendekyn of Chipping Ongar, skinner, Henry Cordewaner of Kelvedon Hatch, Richard Wright of Stondon Massey, Nicholas Wright of Stondon Massey, John Carpenter of Navestock, William Morle, John Pegeon, cowherd, John Daubeneye, fletcher, John Haster et Gilbert Gilbert cordwainer, defendants, on a plea that with force and arms they broke the close of the said Princess at North Weald Bassett and took and carried away goods and chattels found there worth £100 and burnt rolls, rentals, deeds, and other of her muniments found there and they committed other enormities to the great damage of the said Princess and against the peace.
