2814Ralph Blak v Thomas Potyn et al.Sussex - The sheriff is ordered that Ralph Blak should make security to attach Thomas Potyn of Wyghtcresham, John Hankyn, William Clerk, Ralph atte Wattele, John Knyght, Peter Broun, Stephen Brodeney junior, John Brodeney, John Lovekyn and Geoffrey Oxenbrigge on a plea that they should be there on this day to respond to the aforesaid Ralph on a plea that with force and arms they broke the close and houses of the said Ralph at Uhurst and took and burnt charters, writings and other muniments, and took and carried away goods and chattels worth £20.
