Westminster. 20 October 9 Richard II. [1385.] Inquisition, Billericay. The said Katherine held jointly with the said Thomas a cottage and curtilage and 5 acres of land in Billericay by feoffment of John Salprest. They are held of the abbot of Stratford by service unknown and were extended before Robert de Goldyngton, late escheator, at 2s. 6d. The said Thomas was convicted and beheaded at Billericay before Thomas de Wodestoke earl of Essex and Buckingham, and his fellows. Thomas Ledere of Great Burstead and Thomas Plomer of Billericay are one and the same person.JurorView Incident page
