2973John Reygnold burns documents belonging to George Glannvyle and Clement Brethenham[The jurors] also say that the aforesaid John Reygnold together with others on the aforesaid day and year at the time of the rising, in a warlike manner and against the dignity of the king's crown, feloniously entered the close of George Glannvyle and Clement Brethenham in the villages of Hollesley and Alderton, and feloniously plundered and burnt charters, court rolls and other muniments. By virtue of a certain indictments the aforesaid John Reygnold is arrested and brought before the aforesaid justices by the sheriff, and immediately it is asked of the aforesaid John how he wishes to acquit himself of the felonies and treasons aforesaid, and he states that he is not guilty, and for good or ill places himself upon the country. The jurors were ordered to come and with the consent of the said Thomas sworn they say upon their oath that the aforesaid John is guilty of all felonies and treasons of which he is accused.
