John Gildeneye assaults Joanna Hestyngs and takes documents belonging to William Hestyngs
[The jurors] also say that John Gildeneye of Marsham together with other evildoers on Friday 21st June 1381 at Irmingland assaulted Joanna, wife of William Hestyngs and seized all muniments of the same William from the aforesaid Johanna and destroyed them against the peace of the lord at the time of the rising etc.

They do not appear; John Smyth and John son of John Skynnere attached and in mercy; sheriff ordered to distrain and produce them in octave of Hilary. The others have nothing.
