John Boterwyk v. John Marchaunt and others on a plea of trespass
John Boterwyk by his attorney versus John Marchaunt of Heston, John Hycke senior, John Hycke junior, Thomas Forester, Edmund Forester, Thomas Nynge, John Kyng, Thomas Jurdan, Richard Litilhycke of Heston, John Martyn of Chiswick, William Mede of Chiswick and John Spray of Chiswick on a plea of trespass. It was ordered to the sheriff to attach them, and the sheriff returns that they have nothing; he is ordered to arrest them and they are to appear before the king in the octave of St John. Afterwards on 15th June they appear before the king and are imprisoned; mainprised for £10 by William Bereford, John atte Felde, John atte Stile and Nicholas Osterle.
