Details[The jurors] also say that John de Sperham of Kimberley and Thomas his son on Friday 21st June 1381 with force and arms and against the king's peace came to Kimberley and there feloniously broke a certain pond [that is] a certain fish-pond belonging to Richard Nooth and thence feloniously stole and carried away fish worth 100 s., and made so many threats to him that if the same Richard ever dared to complain of the aforesaid offenses and felonies they would kill the same Richard.
