Details[The jurors] also say that Thomas Smyth, dwelling in Letton, came with force and arms at the time of the uprising and the rumour, on Monday 17th June 1381, to Saham Toney and entered the close of John Gagh, and stole and carried away a saddle and a pair of boots, and inflicted other enormities, to the damage of the said John of 6 s. 8 d., and he is a common wrongdoer.
