DetailsAlso, [the jurors] say that William Prowde, Thomas Bodesdenn, Stephen de Repton, John Henwode, Alexander Bakere, William Fax, Gregory Egethorn, Thomas Adam, Adam Rolf, of Merseham, made insurrection against our Lord the King, and his people, on the day and year abovesaid, and feloniously entered the manor of John Brode, of Mersham, and feloniously destroyed the Escheat Roll of our Lord the King, and of the receipt of the subsidy of three groats [grossi] granted to our Lord the King, when the foresaid John was escheator.
