Details | John Barbour, tanner, John Trippelowe, Alice de Lynne, Henry Tanner, John Causton, Thomas Stowe, John Bokkyng and John Cumton and John Derabought, on Sunday 16 June 1381, took all the muniments of the prior of Barnwell at Barnwell by force and arms, and retained them in their hands until 23 June, on which day they were delivered to the aforesaid prior by virtue of a writ of the lord king. |
