And because of this they have been arrested and brought before the justices by the sheriff, and immediately it was asked of them how they wished to acquit themselves of the felonies and treasons aforesaid, and they stated that they are not guilty. And upon this by several inquests made into those arrested those sworn and charged say upon their oath that they are guilty of the felonies and treasons aforesaid.
