Richard Brunston and others plunder Henry Lomynour
Henry Lomenour appeared through his attorney against Richard Brunston of Aylsham and others in a plea that with force and arms they broke into the close and houses of the same Henry Lomenour at Norwich, and cut down his trees lately growing there, and seized and carried off those trees and other goods and chattels of his to the value of forty marks, and also twenty marks of his money in coin and a certain box and two bags of his with the charters, deeds and other muniments contained in the same box and bags; and they threated the same Henry Lomenour with the destruction of his houses there until Henry Ged', John Sporle and John Geywode had made fine for forty pounds in the name of the aforesaid Henry Lomenour with the aforesaid Richard and his accomplices to save his aforesaid houses, and other outrages etc. to the great harm etc. and against the peace of the present lord king.
