John Oresere and others attached to answer William Kyrkeby on a plea that on Sunday 16th June 1381 with force and arms they beat, wounded and imprisoned the said William at Ickleton, and kept him there until he made a fine with them for 100 shillings. John Oresere and the others appear through their attorney and plead not guilty.
