Attack on property of Thomas Torelle at Swaffham Prior
Property of Thomas Torelle at Swaffham Prior attacked by Alexander Straungeray and others; they broke the close and houses and stole goods, chattels and documents. Alexander is attached and in mercy; the others have nothing; sheriff ordered to arrest them.
Roger de Harleston appears through his attorney against John Legg and others on a plea that with force and arms they broke the same Roger's closes and houses at Yen Hall and Wimbish and seized and carried off his goods and chattels found there to the value of forty pounds, and other outrages etc. They do not appear.
