John Smart and others burn the houses of John Boterwyk
John Smart of Lisson Grove, John Newe of Lisson Grove in the county of Middlesex, and John Prior of Streatham, Nicholas Potter of Cheam and Richard Shepherd of the county of Surrey, on Thursday 13 June 1381, came to the houses of John Boterwyk at Ebury and Knightsbridge, together with other traitors, feloniously and traitorously burnt down the aforesaid houses as enemies of the lord king, etc.
