John Boterwyk v. John Martyn and others on a plea of trespass
John Boterwyk by his attorney versus John Martyn of Heston, John Jurdan, Nicholas Weyland, John Arnold, John Feldere, Walter Levyere, William Palet, John Chesham, John atte Style of Heston, Adam Wyresdale and William Wiresdale on a plea of trespass. It was ordered to the sheriff to arrest them, and the sheriff returns that they are not found; he is ordered to arrest them and they are to appear before the king in the octave of St John. Afterwards on 15th June they appear before the king and are imprisoned; mainprised for £10 by William Bereford, John atte Felde, John Kyng and Nicholas Osterle.
