John Ferier and other rise up at Witcham and threaten William Craunfeld
[The jurors] also say that John Ferier of Sutton, Humphrey Feldyng, Richard Bythewal, Richard Palfreyman, John Fysshe, tailor and John Wynde of Sutton, with many others whose names are unknown at present, on the aforesaid Tuesday came from Sutton to Witcham in order to rise up, and feloniously threatened William Craunfeld with beheading in order to obtain a fine from him when no trespass was committed.
