[The jurors] also say that Thomas Forbour, Simon Hosier, John Russell, Henry Rande, John Apelton lately servant of Richard Ferour, Thomas Castre, cordwainer, William be Northe, Nicholas Heed, John de Fulburn, skinner, Richard Martyn, William Draper of Plott and Nuts Lane, John Deye of Willingham, John de Deen, William Garlekmongere, Robert Spenser, William Pardoner and Henry Taillour opposite the Friars Minor at Cambridge with others unknown were feloniously in the tenement of Roger Harlaston, and broke into his houses and plundered various goods, on the aforesaid Sunday at the time of the rumour.
