John Peper destroys the houses of Edward Walsingham and Thomas Haseldon
The inquisition also says that John Peper of Linton on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th June 1381 at the time of the rumour, with others unknown, feloniously broke into the close of Edward Walsingham at Great Eversden and pulled down his houses. And that the same John Peper on the same Saturday with others feloniously unknown pulled down the houses of Thomas Haseldon at Steeple Morden. And the same John for these felonies and others has been outlawed, as is set down in roll 3, therefore no further action is taken.
