Thomas Godemar and John Poonde plunder Roger the chaplain and Warin Martyn
The jury also say that Thomas Godemar of Royston, and John Poonde of Therfield [Herts], on Monday 17th June 1381 came to Royston and feloniously broke into the close of Sir Roger, chaplain, and seized and carried away his goods and chattels to the value of 100 s. And that they also feloniously seized goods and chattels belonging to Warin Martyn of Royston worth 40 s., and broke the mill of the same Waryn. And that the said Thomas and John joined the evil society of their own volition and without coercion [the remainder of the membrane is damaged].
