[The jurors] also say that John Spicer of Wymondham with many other unknown disturbers of the king's peace at the time of the rising came to [East] Harling to the house of John de Herling on Sunday 23rd June 1381 and took and carried away goods and chattels he found there of the said John, namely wool and sugar of the value of 40 s.
The jurors present that Thomas de Gyssingg son of Thomas de Gyssyngg, knight, was maintainer and leader of the rising of wrongdoers at the manor of John de Herlyngge in Harling, and they feloniously took and carried away gold and silver money, linen and woolen cloths and other items worth £200. They also present that William le Wrythe of Garboldisham was there as well and aided in the aforesaid felony with the aforesaid Thomas.
