The bailiff released the land to Roisie for life ('per totam vitam') and at the will of the lord for customary services and payments. Roisie swore fealty and paid 4s as entry fine. Also, John Chapman, on his deathbed surrendered ... [as before] 1 garden which once belonged to John Quykman and one parcel of land 7 feet long for the benefit of Roisie [as before]. After her death it should go to Vincent, John's son and heir who is not of age. This tenement is held 'in villenagio per servicia et consuet'. Roisie swore fealty and paid 8d entry fine.
