And the said John Mot by chattels worth 12d and mainprised by Richard Prentys, John Bryd, John Clerk and John Scot. Therefore they are in mercy. And as before the sheriff is ordered to distrain them by all lands and issues, etc. and to have them in court in the quindene of St Michael. And concerning the said John Maldon and others, they are not found. Therefore as before the sheriff is ordered to arrest them to have them in court in the said term. |
