Robert de Spaldyng arrested as a rebel and on plea of debt to Richard Radewell
Robert de Spaldyng, in the present king's writ named as Robert Godewyne of Spalding, was arrested in the city of London and committed to the king's prison of Newgate at the time of the insurrection on suspicion of being one of the rebels at the aforesaid time. And moreover the same Robert is detained in the aforesaid prison at the suit of Richard Radewell, stockfishmonger of London in a plea of debt for 1005 marks.
