Concerning the property of John Besyden, indicted during the uprising
John Besyden was indicted and fled during the recent uprising, and his property in Aveley, Essex investigated by Thomas Bellehous and John Scotheye. He was not convicted, yet his property remains in the king's hand, for which his son, John Besyden of Aveley, seeks remedy. It is ordered that his lands should not be distrained if he can provide sufficient security.
