William Wygge and others, on Tuesday 25 June 1381, began an insurrection in the city of Winchester, and feloniously killed Walter Hogyn there, and feloniously and treacherously broke into the lord king's staple there, and seized and carried off the lord king's rolls and records found there, and are the principal insurgents and traitors etc.
