Jakob atte Forde of Takeley, Essex, and William Reynold of Takeley, Essex, on Friday 14 June 1381, came to the aforesaid vill as far as the vill of Mile End with a multitude of insurgents against the lord king and his people, and feloniously and traitorously knocked down and burnt down houses there against the peace of the lord king, etc.
