Richard Lorchon of Lambeth, William Seuare and William Pontere of Battersea feloniously took and burnt the custumals and other muniments of the lord king, found in the custody of the bailiff of Kennington then and there, together with the force of the aforesaid Simon Jerard and the other wrongdoers, etc.
