Details | On Friday 14 June 1381 John Ferrour and others came to the house of St John of Jerusalem in England and placed a fire there, and fully burnt down the said house, and they loaded and carried away two horses there with wool, worth six marks. John appears and pleads not guilty; the jury acquit him. Order to William Walleworth to determine whether John is indicted of any crimes in the City of London, as he is one of those exempted from the general pardon; Walleworth returns that there are no indictments. |
