William Tracy came to the abbey of St Osyth, apprehended Nicholas Davenaunt and brought him to Brentwood where Davenaunt was killed. Tracy also stole from Davenaunt two horses worth 30s. and 6s. 8d. respectively as well as other goods worth 43s. 4d.
