[The jurors] also say that Edmund Hemmyng and Thomas atte Tonne, of their own authority, in a certain place called Kirkley Road in Lowestoft next to the port of Great Yarmouth, against the liberty of the aforesaid town and the maintenance of the king's rights, collected the customs according to the proclamation made by Roger Bacoun and Geoffrey Lister their aforesaid associates. In witness whereof the aforesaid jurors have placed their seals.
