William Wygge and the others met at Farnham, coming from London to Winchester on Monday 17 June 1381, and there they came to an agreement with Henry Clerk and others [travelling from Winchester], and plotted insurrection among themselves; and afterwards, travelling to Hampage, they took an oath to one another and planned the insurrection. And from there they proceeded to Winchester and took part in the rising there.
