Thomas Raven of Southwark, on Friday 14 June 1381, was a wrongdoer rising up against the lord king in the city of London, and he came to the house of Reginald Aleyn at Walbrook, London, and there feloniously took one statute merchant from the aforesaid Reginald concerning a great sum, in which the same Thomas was obliged to the aforesaid Reginald, and also forced the said Reginald to make a fine of ten marks with the same Thomas.
