John Hallyng named in the present writ was captured at the time of the insurrection in the aforesaid city on suspicion of being one of the rebels of this kind and is committed to the prison of Newgate. And moreover the same John Hallyng is detained in the aforesaid prison for 40 d. of damages decreed to Robert Little in a certain plea held in the king's court before Walter Doget, lately one of the sheriffs of the said city.
