DetailsAlso that Simon Holbek of Gressenhall walked from village to village on Wednesday 19th June 1381, proclaiming and inciting the people to rise up against the crown, and furthermore on Monday 1st July when he was urged to swear to keep the peace by Robert Michel and Adam Rodlond, under-constables of Gressenhall, he rejected everything and refused (to do so).
