The said Thomas Berghestede went onto the land of Richard de Gillingham on 7th June 1381 and assaulted and struck him at Gillingham, and likewise on the day aforesaid struck and wounded Henry and Adam, servants of the said Richard threatening them with the evil company. And that the said Thomas is a common disturber of the peace.
