Details | Benedict Leueyng of Maplescombe, John Sparwe of Farningham, John Donemawe of Forstall in Kingsdown and John Pound of the same of their own free will joined various congregations and assemblies which rose seditiously against the king and his people, and remained in their company continuously from the 6th of June 1381 until the present, supporting all seditions and felonies committed by them. And the aforesaid Benedict, John, John and John came with force and arms on the 8th June 1381 with many others of the said assembly to North Cray and feloniously broke into the house of Nicholas Heryng and threw it down and plundered and carried off his goods and chattels. |
