| Text (English translation) | Yorkshire: The sheriff is ordered that he does not omit, etc, from taking Master Robert de Manfeld, provost of the church of St John of Beverley, if, etc, and saving, etc. In such a way that he is to have his body before John, king of Castile and Leon and duke of Lancaster, and his fellow justices of the lord king, assigned to hear and determine diverse treasons, insurrections, felonies and other wrongdoings in the aforesaid county, at York on the Thursday next after the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, to answer to the lord king about diverse felonies, whereof he is indicted before the aforesaid justices.
