| Text (English translation) | Yorkshire: The sheriff is ordered that he does not omit, etc, from distraining Richard de Skelton chaplain, John de Wetewange mercer of Beverley, Thomas de Standen, vagrant of Beverley, John, son of the vicar of Wharram le Street, Thomas, son of Alan Geffrayson of Ruston, by all lands, etc, and that from the issues, etc. And that he is to have their bodies before John, king of Castile and Leon and duke of Lancaster, and his fellow justices of the lord king, assigned to hear and determine diverse trespasses and other wrongdoings in the aforesaid county, at York on Saturday before the feast of St Matthew, to answer to the lord king about diverse trespasses and other wrongdoings, whereof they are indicted before the aforesaid justices.
