Text (English translation)Court, 30 September 1381 ... The inquisition presents that William Rylyng of Kimberley who had been beheaded for revolt against the king's peace [held on the day] he died half an acre of land with half a messuage [in Hindringham] and this half an acre of land with a messuage has to be forfeited by the escheator of the king. Therefore it is ordered to seize [the property] into the hands of the lord and report about the profits.
