George Glammville appeared through John de Stanntone, his attorney, against John Marleput, clerk, John Koo, Robert, son of John Pyers, John Lewan, Thomas Gabai, John Adam, tailor, John Teband, Thomas Hardy, John Haldelond, William, son of Peter Hardy, John Dadone, William Fale, Richard Skoot, William de Medwe junior, Robert Thomasservant, [first name illegible] Restone, Roger Qichere, Richard Derde, William Madom[?], John Childerhouse, Ralph Petristre, Thomas Thelnetham, John Smythe junior, George Sarle, Roger atte Grugge, William Danyalle, John, son of Peter Hoode, Thomas, son of Michael Fatteret, John Hoodesson, Adam Myles, Roger Scot, John Fatteret, William Esmond, Roger Skete, John Skipscate, John Smythe senior, John Seybourghe, John Fetee, John Hereward, Thomas Gerard, Robert Conty, William Cooke, Thomas Edward and John Childerouse on a plea that with force and arms they broke the close and a certain chest of the said George Glaunvylle at Hollesley and Sutton, and burnt charters, writings, court rolls and other muniments found in the same chest, and other enormities etc. And against the King's peace etc. And they did not come. And just as before the sheriff was ordered to arrest them etc. And the sheriff reports that they cannot be found etc. Therefore, just as before the sheriff is ordered to arrest them and produce them here in the quindene of Michaelmas 1382. |
