Geoffrey Prat by his attorney appears against John Martyn of Chiswick, Alan Pygot of Chiswick, John Watkin of Chiswick, Peter Coleman of Hammersmith, John Morys of Hammersmith Richard Morys of Hammersmith, John Gybon of Chiswick and John Wille of Chiswick in a plea of trespass. And they do not come. The sheriff had been ordered to attach them. The sheriff returns that they do not have [any goods and chattels] etc. by which they [can be attached]; sheriff is ordered to arrest them and to have their bodies before the king's bench in the week before Trinity ...
