Hugh Fastolf appears through John Drake, his attorney, against Robertum Brasyer of Norwich, John Oky, John Bollere of Colby, John Monsessone of Elsing, William Fleyard of Sutton, Thomas Soutare, Thomas atte Grene, John atte More Ryston, Thomas Cok, vicar of the church of Winfarthing and Richard, his son, Richard Swaker, John Swaker and Roger Caly of Shimpling on a plea that with force and arms they broke the close and houses of the said Hugh in the town of Great Yarmouth and took and carried away his goods and chattels found there to the value of £40, and other enormities, against the peace. And they do not come. And the sheriff was ordered to distrain Robert Brasyer and to arrest John and the others. And the sheriff reports that the aforesaid Robertus Brasyer is distrained by chattels to the value of 12d and by the mainprise of Stephen Plomer, William Ine, Adam Magges and Robert Fullere. Therefore, they are in mercy. And just as previously the sheriff is ordered to distrain him by all lands and revenues and produce him at the quindene of Trinity 1382. And regarding the aforesaid John Oky and the others the sheriff reports that they cannot be found. Therefore, as previously the sheriff is ordered to arrest them and produce them here at the aforesaid term. Norfolk.
