Henry Lymynour appears through John Brancastre, his attorney, against Thomas Greyne of Hackford, William Koket of Swainsthorpe, Robert atte Kychyn of Salle, Thomas Barker of Stalham, William de Lyngsted of Dilham, William de Sutton, John de Sutton, John Arkale, John Smyth of East Ruston, Thomas Person of East Ruston, Richard Jannes of Worstead, John Pampyng of Worstead, William Genteham of Cresqueyt, John Meryman of Honing, John Crekomay of Shotesham, Thomas de Reppes, Henry de Podham, William Metere, John Upty of South Walsham, William Coker of Tunsted, Robert Cuffe and William Cupper on a plea that with force and arms they broke the close and houses of the said Henry Lymynour at Norwich and felled his trees lately growing there, and took and carried away those trees, as well as other goods and chattels of his found in the same to the value of £100, and also £100 of his money reckoned in cash, and also a certain box and two bags of his, with charters, writings and other muniments contained therein, and they threatened to knock down the houses of the same Henry Lymnour until Henry Gegge, John Sporle and John Geywod had made a fine of £40 for the aforesaid Henry with the aforesaid Thomas, William, Robert, Thomas, William, William, John de Sutton, John Arkale, John Smyth, Thomas, Richard, John Pampyng, William, John Meryman, John Crekomay, Thomas, Henry, William, John Vpty, William, Robert and William, for the saving of his houses, and other enormities, against the peace. And they do not come. And the sheriff has been ordered to attach them. And the sheriff reports that they have nothing. Therefore, the sheriff is ordered to arrest them and produce them here at the quindene of Hilary 1382. Norfolk.
